REFUND POLICY

This event is strictly limited in enrollment.

Once you have secured your spot through registration refunds are not available unless we are able to fill your spot with a wait list registrant. This will only be considered once a position is full and we have developed a wait list for that position. At that point, any requested refunds will be processed in the order they were received. In order to assure a quality event and to prepare for each athlete’s arrival, no refund requests after November 28, 2023 will be granted.

To register, payment is required in full but, should a refund be issued, 10% of the payment is considered a non-refundable deposit. Processing fees are not refundable.

You must use the "Contact Us" link on the event website to request a refund. You will receive a confirmation of your refund request within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be issued back to the card used to register within two (2) weeks of the request being processed and confirmed. Refunds will appear on your statement as a credit from "College Prospect ID Camps". Checks will not be issued for refunds.

The coaches and instructors in attendance at the event do not have any discretion when it comes to determining refunds. Please do not attempt to contact any of the coaches in attendance regarding refunds or insurance claims. Although it rarely happens, a coach may cancel their attendance in the event beyond the control of the CPID staff. A coach's lack of attendance is not grounds for any type of refund.

Camp Credit

If we are not able to process your refund request for the College Football Prospect ID National event, you can use that for camp credit at any of our other events throughout the year. However, camp credit from a College Football Prospect ID regional event is not transferable to the national event.

Inclement Weather/Uncontrollable Events Policy

Every effort will be made to hold the camp in a safe and fun atmosphere. With the final day being held indoors, we don’t anticipate weather being an issue. However, major storms or other uncontrollable events may impact the availability and/or accessibility to the stadium.

Should any uncontrollable event change the schedule prior to the day's session beginning then an update will be sent through email, text message (if possible) and updated on the camp website. Please check the camp website before leaving for camp even if the weather forecast looks good.

For the national event, the SoFi Stadium roof will provide cover for most “everyday” weather patterns. Players and spectators should be prepared for all weather conditions for the evaluation and practice day of the CPID National Football event.

Should inclement weather occur during camp which doesn't allow the day's activities to continue then it is the responsibility of the football players parents/guardians to pick up their child(ren) immediately. Any major changes to the day's schedule will be updated through email, text message (if possible) and on the camp website.

If you have any questions about the refund policy, please use the "Contact Us" link on the navigation.
